pp AF - when? (and seriously tmi)

wow! after almost 1 glorious year of no AF she has returned. ugh.

does 8 weeks pp seem a bit early? BF has been a major issue (I only get about 3 oz a day.) 

so I despise (an understatement) pads and pantyliners and last night I used a tampon - OUCHHHHH! I have to be healed by now right? I did have a major episiotomy (after a tear) btw.

    8 weeks isn't early if you aren't bfing much. I did bf and pump and didn't get mine until 1 year pp, but if you are only getting 3 oz a day it probably isn't suppressing your cycle that much.

    I had issues with tampons just feeling weird at first, but they were fine by the 2nd day of my period....but again that was at 1 year.  You might not be fully healed internally yet if you had a bad tear.

    I got my AF today too!  I was wondering when she'd rear her ugly head. 

    I'm psyched to be using tampons again-- it's been almost 2 years for me (because of my 2 pg losses and surgeries I've had)!

    I got one at 9 weeks pp...she hasn't shown up since.

    But I don't think that is too early when you are only getting a little milk each day.
