PIP of storkcraft's wonderful mistake

These are supposed to be two pieces to the same dresser.  The color I ordered was cognac (the dark one).

    I haven't been able to contact them because lucky me I live on the west coast and every corporation/manufacturer seems to operate out of the east coast.  So needless to say they were already closed when I opened the box at 3:30 pm PST

    Oh and it is pretty much going to have to be them sending me a completely new dresser because maybe only 15-20% of the pieces are the right color and I am not pulling it all out just to find out which pieces are wrong.

    Id want a whole new dresser delivered.  I wouldnt want to piece it together either.

    after reading your post i immediately cancelled the crib order! (im such a slacker that i dont have it..) and now im thinking he will be sleeping in the packnplay until i find a crib in stores that i can get and return easily. This happened to my friend a year ago, and i thought she just had bad luck, but apparently Storkcraft is run by a bunch of worthless colorblind idiots.

    We recently had an issue with our Delta crib.. they shipped two of the same part, so one that we actually needed was missing. They did send a replacement part for free, but customer service was. a. nightmare. Ugh.. I don't know if there are many good companies left out there.

    million dollar baby has been great to work with.  :)  they contacted US to make sure all was well!  crazy!
