And when you confront them about the situation they could be guilty for... Would you think they are guilty if they acted wicked defensive or if they just acted casual about the whole thing?

Hmm...I would have to say if they became super defensive then they were probably guilty of the crime. Although like PP said - it most likely depends on the person.
IMO it can go either way depending on the person. If my husband is guilty of something he will get very defensive, if I am guilty of something I am very laid back. I know he is telling the truth if he looks at me like I have 2 heads and seems genuinely confused and doesn't have a problem asking me why I feel that way.
Here's something I heard recently. Innocent people tend to want to get to the bottom of things. Guilty people generally want the conversation to be over as quickly as possible.
