S/O judges, TV, and Maury, another question

Lets say, someone fathered a baby.  Mother of child never tells the man she is pregnant.  He never knows.  After the child is an adult, can she go back and sue him for back child support if he never knew about the kid?

    I would think there would be a limitation in effect.

    He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be.  He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.

    Plus what about the father having no opportunity to get to know his child as they grew up.  I wonder if he could sue for that.
