Anyone given Miralax to their LO?

No matter how much fruit I give Georgia, once she gets constipated....nothing really helps.
I have heard about people giving their LO's Miralax, and I am wondering how much.....thanks!

My niece is 5 and has been taking it forever. She gets a teaspoonful mixed in with one drink a day.
But you might want to check with your pedi to see how much to give your toddler. Or it may say on the container.
Yes all the time with DD starting at around 7 months, I think. It was a quarter cap of Miralax and we put it in either prune juice or water I think. I'm not sure why, but it says not to put it in milk, although I googled it and some people say they put it in milk so I did once or twice when she didn't want the water and we were out of the juice.
It worked within a day but be careful, my DD always had very soft/running stools with the Miralax, although it did help. It was kind of a vicious cycle for us, alternating between constipation and diahrrea. Just watch out for diaper rash!!

Yes, I should have said this too. DD could get by with just some prune juice for awhile. (Eventually we had to do miralax but then after awhile just the prune juice did the trick). Not sure if you've tried juice or not....
Yes, I have tried prunes & prune juice....
Never tried pear juice though....not sure I've ever seen it at the grocery store. I'll go look....
I have given her tons of pear, but that doesn't work :-(
