Growth spurt?

LO is eating like a crazy person. More often and longer. Shell start on one side then fall asleep. I burp her and try the other side where she'll nurse until she falls asleep. I'll try to take her off and shell start sucking again but shes not awake it's 2:45 and I feel like all I've done for the last few days is nurse. Is this a growth spurt or is she just comfort nursing? At what point do I just pull her off

    It is the 3 week growth spurt,  just let her eat.  BTW, you cannot overfeed if you are EBF.  The next growth spurt will be around 6 weeks...  GL!
