Hi, I want to make some Christmas sweet treats for my dh's coworkers. I've done the red velvet cake balls (and they love them) but I'm looking to try something else. I'm a pretty good baker so the recipe can be a bit more difficult. I was thinking some homemade toffee that I found the recipe on pioneerwoman but not sure if everyone like's toffee. Any ideas/recipes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Re: Baked Goods Ideas?
I found a couple of cute recipes last year:

(I wouldn't use ganache if you are giving them away as they make the meringue kind of soggy after a while- this year I'm going to dip the bottoms of each "kiss" in tempered chocolate for a similar look but better function!)

Those ones are totally like thin mints- people LOVED them!
Oh yes. I just did a sh!t-ton of baking last weekend (as gifts for DH's and my co-workers). Here's my blog post about it (with pics and links to recipes)
