Gimme a break! nttcal

Argh... So I called to make an appt w/ my waxer to have my eyebrows done cause they are badly overdue (even the lady at the pedicure place noticed) and I go to her religiously, I've learned my lesson repeatedly when i try to get it done elsewhere, they screw it up or I get my freaking skin taken off and wind up looking like a freak. So I tell the receptionist to schedule me with her and she's like "Ummm... yeah she doesn't work here anymore" - WTF!?! I even asked if they knew where she had gone to and they were all snotty and like "Yeah we don't know" - bs.

First my boss abandons me, now my waxer? What next?!?!? 

And seriously... how does one go about finding a new one? Besides trial and error... and ugh right before Xmas. Damnit! I have half a mind to stalk her on facebook. How creepy would that be? DH actually suggested it (in jest) but I might. Damnit!

    I say do some light FB stalking...she may be flattered you "looked" for her if you find her. I know how you feel though, my hair stylist moved to Ga. (I live in Jersey)

    Oh no!!  I hate it when that happens.  It is so hard to find a good brow waxer.  Mine are kind of thick and it is hard to explain to someone new that I sort of like them that way but just really cleaned up.  Inevitably I end up with super think brows and get really annoyed.

    Yeah its not like a bikini wax (although I've had a bad one and ouch)... the whole.. its my face issue and please don't screw it up. I agree, the last few times I've tried soemone else they wax them down to these pencil thin ridiculous things... and mine aren't very full so it just looks stupid. Damnit. I'm going to stalk her.
