  I think Daphne is wonderful!  I also love Dahlia, which I find kind of similar.

  My SIL really wanted to name her DD Sabrina but ended up with Simone which I also think is lovely.

  I have a Daphne, so I obviously like it.  I think they're all lovely choices.  Say them over and over and see what you prefer to say.  Also, say your names together (ex: Husband, Your name, Sabrina and New Baby Last name).  Good luck!
