What is Santa bringing this year? LO is getting a kitchen, play food, accessories for the kitchen, tag junior and books, sing a ma jigs.
Favorite holiday tradition? Going to my grandparents and having yummy Italian foods and playing board games. This year will be hard with my grandpa's passing though
Anything else you'd like to share? This year will be a low key holiday for us so I am excited for that. Also I can't wait for Lexi to see her gift from her aunt - a mini dyson that actually works. She will love it.

What is Santa bringing this year? a rocking dinosaur, some wooden toys, a few board books. A juicer for mommy and new hunting waders and shoes for Dh
Favorite holiday tradition? Hmm...this year it was decorating the new tree we got. I dont remember doing it as a kid, my mom always did it when we were at school.
Anything else you'd like to share? I'm super excited for Lucas to open his presents. I know that he will be more interested in the paper and boxes but it will be fun to watch him rips them open

What is Santa bringing this year? Nothing, ha! She will be getting plenty for the grandparents and my husband and I dont' exchange gifts anymore... we are boring!
Favorite holiday tradition? Christmas Eve at my sister's house, it's nice and relaxing. The best part is listening to my nieces and nephews ask every 5 mins when is it time to open the presents! It reminds me of when I was little spending Christmas Eve with my cousins.
Anything else you'd like to share? Every Friday I count down the hours until it's 5pm and I can leave work...

Favorite holiday tradition? eh, we've been pretty non-traditional the past few years. Either we're with my mom and brother and go to Vegas/Utah for Christmas, or we drive to WI to be with the in-laws

What is Santa bringing this year? Santa's bracing himself for expensive Christmas mornings in the future and is only bringing a few toys for the babies. Grandparents will surely add to the loot. Mike and I are still talking about what we want to get ourselves, if anything.
Favorite holiday tradition? Aside from the typical stuff like spending time with family, decorating the house, baking/eating cookies, my favorite tradition is watching It's a Wonderful Life. Years when I miss it for whatever reason just don't feel complete. Great movie.
Anything else you'd like to share? I'd love a year where nobody gave gifts (except for Santa--that's a must). I find it stressful and distracting from the better parts of the holiday.

What is Santa bringing this year? Santa is bringing DD a dollhouse. We plan to add furniture for each holiday/birthday. I also stocked up on tons of board games, books and Playdoh.
Favorite holiday tradition? I grew up in a family with few holiday traditions. As long as the family was together, the decorations weren't a big deal, I guess. Sometimes my parents didn't even put up a tree. I want to change that now that I have my own family. Cutting down a Christmas tree has been our tradition for the past 5-6 years.
Anything else you'd like to share? If Santa could make the last three months of my pregnancy a little easier, that would be great.

HI! My name is Justine. I don't post on this board much as I stick to my birth month board, but I love to lurk around a lot. Im in the SE MI area and am currently laid off. I plan to stay at home with LO (he is due 1/15/11) for a while, but then either had back to work PT or try to find a WAH position. This LO will be our first, but we hope to have more children in the future. We aren't "Santa" people but this holiday season is bringing our extended family to town for what could be the last time for a while. As we all get older and start our own families, we aren't able to get together as much as we used to. So that kind of ties into our fave traditions too...we just love getting together with the whole family and spending the holidays eating and catching up. Not sure what else to put in this response, but its great to know there are other mommas in my area on here.

I'm Tarah, I work full time and will return to full time after the baby is born. I'm pregnant with #1 who is due on March 3rd, I'm still team green! No gifts from Santa but I'm sure lots of gifts from Grandma and Aunts.
My favorite holiday tradition is just setting up the Christmas decorations with Jason, we put on Christmas music and enjoy the time together. It's fun & cozy.

Anything else you'd like to share? This year we were not really able to celebrate Christmas due to everyone on both my side and my DH's side getting the stomach flu. Over 15 people in our immediate family got it in a week span. The number is still going cuz the extended family is all getting it now. It sucked.
