I like Juliana Paige. If you come from a traditional Italian neighborhood I think spelling it with a G is okay, But as you child is in school and learing how letters go together and make sounds spelling it with the G might cause them a little bit of confusion because in English it wouldn't be pronounced the way it is spelled. I like both, but that is just a point to think of.
Re: Spelling and Middle name help
I don't know why, but Giuliana just looks "off" to me. I think people would have trouble knowing how to pronounce it.
Juliana Grace
Juliana Victoria
Juliana Elease
Juliana May
Since it is an Italian name I porefer the Guiliana spelling, I can not imagine people would have trouble with a G instead of J.
Guiliana Marie
Guiliana Corrine
guiliana Nicole
Juliana Marie is beautiful!
Juliana Christine
Juliana Elizabeth
Juliana May
Juliana Claire
Juliana Grace
I prefer Giuliana, but I am Italian and that is my grandmothers name.

Giuliana just looks silly to me, although I'm guessing it's...Italian? Looks like it should be pronounced GOO-lee-ah-nah.
I think any one syllable mn will sound good: Claire, Paige, Mae, Hope.
I prefer Juliana for the reason below:
Juliana Kate, Juliana Lily, Juliana Elise, Juliana Morgan, Juliana Katherine, Juliana Eve
