Frozen pack on plane allowed to keep BM?

I'm traveling today on a plane with DD--plan on taking pumped BM on plane in a little cooler bag. Anyone know if I'm allowed to have one of the gel freezer packs in there or are they going to make me take that out??

    I was not questioned when I used them. You need to keep the stuff cold somehow.

    I traveled over Thanksgiving and I had an entire can of formula and 3 breast milk bottles with a gel pack and they never really questioned it.
