It's A Boy...now we need a name!!

DH and I found out yesterday that we are having a BOY!! We are so excited but I am a little stressed trying to pick a name! We had a girl name that we both loved and decided to wait till we found out the gender before we had to worry about a boy name.

Here are the names currently on my list (I have tried to get DH to make a list but he is being a little difficult...any suggestions on getting him in the mood of looking at baby names? lol)

Aiden (Both DH and I love this name but the popularity of the name is making me not want to use it :/)

Alexander

Lucas

Logan

Noah (DH really isn't a fan of this name.)

Elijah (I LOVE this name but DH is a little iffy with it.)

Nathan

Liam (DH is OK with this for a nickname if we use William as his "legal" name.)

Oppinions would be great!!! :)

    My order would be:

    Elijah
    William
    Noah
    Alexander
    Lucas
    Logan
    Aiden

    I have an Eli (just Eli, not Elijah) and I absolutely adore that name.  We almost went with Elijah, but we figured we were going to call him Eli all the time, so we'd just name him that.  And William is his middle name, so obviously I love both of those.

    Logan- not very popular right now and LOVE IT!!

    What about ISAAC instead of Elijah ...it means 'to laugh'!!

    Instead of Aiden...what about Caden or Harrison (something that ends in the 'n' that you like!)

    I only know one Aiden and three Elijah's. So at least in my area, I think Eli/Elijah is more popular. 

    My favorites from your list are William and Elijah but they are all good names.

    Love William (and Liam)

    Love Alexander, Noah, Lucas and Nathan...those are all my faves.

    Noah is my favorite. I love Luke, but not Lucas. Alexander is nice. Logan, Aiden and Nathan are NMS. I hate Liam.

    My personal order of those names is:

    William (Liam)
    Noah
    Alexander
    Elijah 
    Logan
    Nathan
    Lucas
    Aiden

    I love the names Liam and Noah but DH isn't a fan.  Also, if you're H is iffy on Noah and Elijah I wouldn't go with them.  Even if he relents he still won't be entirely happy.  

    Alexander is high on our list!  NN Xander probably

    Elijah (I LOVE this name but DH is a little iffy with it.)  This is my pick!  Love Elijah!

    Nathan  I love it, but like Nathaniel better!

    Liam (DH is OK with this for a nickname if we use William as his "legal" name.)  Very Popular right now....but I agree...I like it better as a Middle. 

    Oppinions would be great!!! :)

    There's nothing wrong with any of those names.  My H was always reluctant to put together a list.  I solved the problem by putting the baby name book along with a piece of paper and a pencil tucked inside on the bathroom sink next to the toilet.  I figured since he spent a lot of time in there, he was a captive audience.  It worked!  :-)
