At 20 weeks, I had only put on about 1 or 2 pounds. But, I'm 23 weeks now and am up 7 pounds in total, so it looks like I'm finally starting to gain from here on out... I have been a bit worried, as my bump still looks on the small side and the fact that I walk to and from work (90 minutes roundtrip) has made it difficult to take in the calories I need. Thanksgiving combined with eating the top layer of our wedding cake seemed to do the trick!
Up 15 at my last appointment and I am pretty sure I've put on a few pounds since then.
Edit - just noticed you asked for weight at 20 weeks. I was up 15lbs at an 18 week appointment. Now, at 22 weeks I am thinking it is closer to 20 pounds.

At 20 weeks I think it was 5 lbs. I'm up to 9 lbs now. Dr isnt too happy but I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I feel full. Olivia is growing normally and is right where she should be. I'm sure the lbs will come.
At 20 weeks I was up about 10-11 pounds, but now at 24 weeks, I think I am up about 18# (eek! Too many holiday parties / baby showers / going out to eat!)
According to my scale at home I'm up about 6-7, and thats all in the past 4 weeks...but my scale can be off as much as 2 or 3 lbs so I could really be between 3 and 10. I'll know on Monday at my next appt
I guess i take the prize for worst mommy to be. I was up like 17 lbs at 20 weeks.
I was up 16ish pounds and am currently up 20lbs at 22w4d if it makes you feel any better. I didn't have any m/s to combat the weight gain, and I'm small/athletic to begin with. I was running half marathons right before I got pregnant, so the lack of exercising in the first Tri did me in, I think. I'm back to working out 3-4 times a week, but now the baby is getting so big...<sigh>

I hope you aren't the worst mommy -to-be because that is exactly what I have gained so far!!!!
Well I started off overweight already..but I did discuss my weight with my doctor and she was totally ok with it. i even asked her if I should take the GD test early and she said it was not necessary. At 20 weeks I really still felt normal even though I had put on a lot of weight, it didn't even feel/look like it to me. Now it is really starting to get to me. I just feel miserable about allowing myself to do this.

8 lbs as of my 20 wk appt and was told I was right on track (DH felt I wasn't eating enough).

-5 lbs. I lost a total of 13 lbs and have gained 8 lbs back so far.
12 pounds.
For perspective:
I never had morning sickness and I was at my target weight when I got my BFP (not over or underweight).
