DH invited 3 VIP colleagues over for dinner tonight so I've been scrambling cooking and cleaning starting yesterday, and more to come today. 2 are vegetarians so that makes things extra fun. The meat eaters are having pork tenderloin which is currently marinating in rosemary, sage, lemon and garlic, and the veggie heads get quinoa with zucchini and my fresh roast pumpkin cream soup garnished with creme fraiche and pumpkin seeds (so if they're TTC that should help them ).
So I'm sorry I haven't been on much, that trend will probably continue through this week
At least I can have a glass of wine tonight, er maybe 3 glasses. I'm pretty confident that a -HPT is a sure thing at 15DPO. I knew this cycle was hopeless so I'm not really upset. Anyway I hope that you all have a happy Wednesday!
Re: Hi ladies, miss you all, won't be on much for today either :(

Thanks for asking. She is okay, but very emotional right now, she got in a huge fight with my grandmother the other day, which I got dragged into since I'm the family peacemaker. They're okay now, but my mom is feeling really sick again. She had to go off chemo for 2 months to do the radiation, so she's worried. She has a scan next week to check and see what's going on and get back on chemo again, which will hopefully make her feel better again.
The Elizabeth Edwards news isn't helping boost her spirits but she's trying to stay optimistic.

Sounds awesome! You are the perfect hostess it sounds like.
I'm sorry your mom is feeling down. I hope she starts to feel better soon.
Have a wonderful dinner party! I miss you, so you better have a great time if it is keeping you away from us! Enjoy your wine; I hate that you get to drink it.
I haven't heard from you all week. Miss you!

This TTC stuff really sucks, doesn't it? We're not supposed to be here - we're supposed to be sporting big ole bellies right now! Who knows, though, maybe we can be September '11 buddies, too. (I sure HOPE so!)
