...if the baby from IVF #1 would have stuck.

(I had a low beta #1 and a dropping beta #2. Ended up back at 0 with beta #3)

I'm SO happy that we decided to quickly move on to IVF #2 and SO thankful that it was successful. It's so strange to think that I could have had a baby by now (or within a few days from now).

These types of days are tough. But as JBSugar says... you'll have a baby in a few weeks! I know that will never take the place of your first pregnancy, however short it may have been. <<<hugs>>>

Yep! I am so thankful that we are well on our way to having our son!

Our first plan after the c/p was to wait until July for IVF #2. I really needed to get right back on the horse though because I was an emotional mess. SO glad I talked my DH into going for it.

It's a sad day no matter what. Of course you're happy to be having your baby soon, but it's also ok to be a little sad about the day.

I understand completely. From our cp from IVF#1, I would have had a baby at the end of August. Looking back, I do feel that we were meant to have THIS baby. I am so grateful that we were able to jump right into IVF#2. We will both have babies in our arms so soon!
