I'm having a problem with food textures, and I've never encountered this before, so I need a little help.
Before I was pregnant, I could eat anything without worry about textures. In my first trimester, same thing. For some reason in the past month I've gotten sick 4 times because of textures. One was Thanksgiving and it was the turkey, then it was a tuna sandwich, then ravioli and the most recent was a hamburger. I am noticing that the foods are a little softer and therefore that might have something to do with my problem with textures, but I'm getting a little weirded out.
I have a doctor's appt on the 17th and I plan to talk to her then about it, but I'm not sure if this is a pregnancy thing or if I'm developing this because of something else not health related.
Re: PG and problems with food textures
I know it's freakin' crazy! I can't believe how much time has flown by. Before I know it, the baby will be here...yikes!
I did not have the texture problem- curious if it if pregnancy thing or what. HOly crap, how is it 21 weeks already!!

My food aversion during my pregnancy was with meat, and it had a lot to do with texture and smell.
Hope it is just a pregnancy related thing for you too. and yay for 21 weeks already!
