Swelling at 23 weeks!

Hello everyone! I was wondering if any one else is swelling in their feet, legs, ankles and hands. Somedays it is getting really bad. I can't even wear my wedding ring already. If you have any advice I would be glad to hear it!! I hope everything is going well for everyone!! Thanks

I'm 20 weeks as of today, and my ankles/legs swell, but that's it so far. I'd say to make sure the doc is keeping a close eye on your blood pressure and any proteins you might be spilling in your urine, but swelling is pretty common in pregnancy.
