I hate you lower back pain....

I have had lower back pain all day today. I'm sick of it. Tylenol doesn't help, heating  pad doesn't help, switching positions doesn't help, switching locations doesn't help. Ugh!

 27 more days.....27 more days....I just have to keep repeating this to myself.

Also, does increased back pain warrant a call to the docs? I'm not sure and forget what they told me.

    If your back pains are coming and going it could be contractions, that is what happened with me and I waited so long I almost had my twinlets in the car on the way to the hospital.  I almost did not go in since it felt like bad back pain not the tightening I though it would be, please at least call, are your babies still moving a lot?  Mine became very quiet and that is why I finally called the doctor.  Take care.
