bedtime routine

At what age did you start using a bedtime routine? DS is 3 weeks. He doesn't have a problem sleeping at night but I'd like to prevent probs later on. All we do right now for bedtime is co-sleep and keep it dark. TIA

    I think we started one about 8-9 weeks old, right before I was going back to work.

    Really I started it once he showed a tendency to go to bed a certain time.

    We started about a week ago and I think it is really helping him.  His nights are getting much better!
