Purse and Diaper bag combo

Does anyone have a purse/diaper bag combo? Our diaper bag is great, but HUGE.  Any suggestions out there?

    I have the JJ cole swag bag and i loveeeee it because its really cute, not huge and still has enough space to put everything in it. It doesn't feel stiff like a normal diaper bag either. It comes with a mathing changing pad, coin purse and stoller straps so you can hang in on a stroller. 
    Sometimes it's okay to follow. (Picture is a clicky)
