gDiapers thoughts?

Anyone use them?  I think I may be inappropriately infatuated with them because our last name starts with a G and every diaper has a "g" on the back of them.  It's just too easy; they're already personalized! :)  But seriously - thoughts?

    I used mine with prefold, and they worked ok. However, the tabs wouldn't stay closed in the wash, so they would stick to my other diapers. I ended up selling them.

    They are worth a shot (i.e. buy a couple and a pack of gcloth or prefolds or something use as an insert).

    I absolutely LOVE them with Natalie.  They are trim fitting (they are our trimmest diapers) and cute.    The absorbancy of the inserts are perfectly fine for her.  I like that they do up in the back because she tries to take off everything else as quickly as I can put them on!    I like the disposable inserts for if she has a diaper rash....but we don't flush them.    Although we use them at night, I prefer a pocket dipe at night for Natalie.

    They are just okay for Dominic.  With him, I have to be extra careful making sure they are on properly.   However, every cloth diaper that we've tried leaks for Dominic on occasion.  I'm finding that right now, the g's are no better or worse than other diapers (including disposables) for him.    I do find them less annoying (if you can believe it) than Flip diapers.    I still like that they are not bulky compared to our pockets and tend to grab that before a pocket.

    So, I guess what I would suggest is to try multiple different types of diapers to find out what you like.  A trial would probably be your best bet, but because a lot of trials don't include g's you could buy one of their trial packs to sample.

    Meh. Too much work! You can do a prefold trifolded in a Thirsties Duo for the same result with less mess and cost!
