We are getting to the point where DD is not going to be using the carrying carseat so we are looking into smaller stroller. I would like a umbrella kind but not the basic one. One with some storage & a sun/rain blocker. (I know the blocker has a name but I am too sleepy to think of it! lol). Any likes to share?
Re: Strollers - the umbrella kind?
No suggestions, but I was just about to post this! I want to get a smaller stroller and I have someone interested in DS's travel system on craigslist but I'm not sure I want to sell it because it was what we brought him home from the hospital in! lol I'm attached! So, I'm trying to decide whether I should just keep his travel system (which he cried in the car seat ALL the time and the straps - even when exremely loose) dug into his little legs) and get a smaller stroller and get a better travel system next time (if there is a next time) or keep the one we have?
I think I'll probably opt for an umbrella. Amazon has them super on sale right now. Consumer reports has the Maclaren Triumph is the number one on consumer reports it comes with a Lifetime warranty for the original consumer!
I'm also looking at the Chicco Liteway and a few others...
after much research and trying out models at different stores, we got this one:

we liked that the cargo space actually fit our diaper bag and the handles were tall enough for both of us. we tried out more expensive models but liked this one the best. we've had it for about a month now and still like it.
