My pedi told me that is peaks at 6 weeks. But I forgot to ask when itstarts to taper off and not be AS much.

  • Hi friend!

My colicky LO peaked at 8 weeks and has been getting better (but not completely) since about 2 1/2 months (my LO may be a little behind b/c he was early).  Pedi said colic usually gone by 3-4 months.

email I'm mostly on PAL but today I'm branching out because LO is growth spurting and eating every hour, so me and my boobs have been stuck in my house.

Your LO is super cute!  Love that hat.

  • DD started getting SLIGHTLY better after 8 weeks and then the 2 mo shots went and messed her up again.  I'm hoping she'll start getting better again any day.

  • I think it got better after her 8 week shots. Around 5 weeks DD became terrible about fighting sleep and screaming for several minutes until she finally went down. It was improving, then we had the shots and had a terrible 48 hours, and since then we've been doing pretty well. She still gets grouchy when she's tired, but not screaming uncontrollably, and when she does start crying it's easier to calm her. She seems to be doing a better job of relaxing and falling asleep when she's tired without fussing.

I have absolutely nothing to add to this thread seeing as my baby is only five weeks, but I had to say that your baby is so freaking adorable in your siggy pic!!
