Married 5/31/08 * TTC#1 9/09 - 2/11 after anovulatory diagnosis and TTC for 1 1/2yrs with several medicated cycles and one chemical pregnancy, we have our first bundle of joy!
IT'S A GIRL!
#2 EDD 2/5/13 dx with anti-BIG E antibody, seeing a MFM
I don't take one single minute for granted.
Since Jack is such a short name its really going to depend on your last name. I had a student whose name was Jack Thomas and it really went well with his last name.
Other suggestions - Jack Ryan, Jack Henry, Jack Vincent, Jack Christopher, Jack Benjamin, Jack Oliver, Jack Elijah, Jack Arthur, Jack Andrew, Jack Logan
Jack Edward is my father's name. If we were having a boy, we were going to name him Jack Joseph (Joseph being my husband's name.) I think both these names sound great.
Re: middle names that go with...
From what I can tell, Jack is a difficult name to match with a MN becaus it's so abrupt.
Why not use John, NN Jack? John is much easier to find a MN for, and there's nothing strange about going by Jack.
If not, you might try something with at least 2 syllables that sounds softer, like:
Jack William
Jack Henry
Jack Gregory
Jack Joseph (if you don't mind the double J)
Jack Benjamin
Jack Desmond
Jack Edward
Jack William
Jack Truitt
Jack Trenton
Jack Wesley

Daniels.
Seriously though, maybe Jack William, Jack Edward, Jack Michael. Needs to be more than 1 syllable.
My favorite is Jack Harrison.
