What are the best nursing pads? I used the Avent ones a couple of times and found them bulky and that they didn't stay in my nursing bras very well. I am having much better luck with the Medela ones. Anyone else want to weigh in on the subject?
I have reusable pads but they always soak right through, so I usually use the Gerber NUK ones. The Lansinoh ones have a peel-and-stick on the back so they stay put better, but have that gelly stuff inside so when you leak, they get squishy and smelly. (I change them often of course, but bc of this, I would rather use the Gerber's.)
I hate the Medela and Nuk (reusables) the medelas are too small and didnt stay in place and the Nuk are not absorbent but I wish I had better reusables...I have been using the First Years pads with Lanolin in the pad. They are super absorbent and the lanolin is nice in case I forget to apply it.

The Lansinoh ones always get bunched up if I'm not wearing a padded bra. I'm not buying those again. I had a trial pair of Johnson & Johnson pads and although they were on the thick side, they didn't bunch and they stayed put. I'm now on the hunt for reusables with the amount I go through.
I like the Nuk brand. They are thin and kinda mold to the shape of my breast after wearing for a bit. I do not have a bad leaking problem so thin ones are the best for me.

I us NUK during the day and Lansinoh at night b/c they absorb better.

Re: Best Nursing Pads?
Do you mean the Avent reusable/cloth nursing pads? I used those and thought they were great.
I used Lansinoh disposable pads in the beginning. They worked fine but I liked the Avent pads b/c they were cheaper and better for the environment.

Lansinoh.
I bought the lily padz but I haven't used them yet.
I have tried the Lansinoh ones but because they are folded in the middle you can see it through some of my shirts..
i like the Johnsons ones I found at Target. Good luck!
