Freezer meals

Those who did freezer meals. I never did that when I had H, but I am trying to plan a few for when I go back to work. Did taking them out the night before and putting them in the fridge thaw them enough to cook them.
DS has acid relux and milk protein allergy, and had torticollis, used to EP, now we FF . April siggy 3-6 month

    It usually takes our freezer meals almost 40 hrs to thaw completely. I will put it on the counter for a few hours to expedite this.

    It depends what it is.  Most of the things I made specified to thaw in the fridge overnight (obviously did not thaw all the way), but some went straight from the freezer to the oven.  Just need to adjust the cooking time a bit when putting them in partially frozen.
