My Dr. told me to wait until he cleared me at my 6 week visit. I have that this Wednesday and am excited to get the okay to start my new pilates video! Right now my only exercise is walking around bouncing my baby... (he loves to move!)

I was just cleared for exercise on Wednesday. I have used my treadmill the last 3 days, but I have been walking using the incline. I think in a couple of weeks, I might start running again.
I'm only 10 days PP, but my Dr said I should wait until she clears me at six weeks.
I wish I could say that I at least do some walking, but my girly bits are still quite sore (4th degree tearing) and walking for an extended period of time is no bueno.
Plus it just snowed like 3 or 4 inches last night, so walking around the neighborhood is a no go.

Im waiting for my 6 week appointment to go back to the gym and running.
For now, I do ab workouts every day, walk as much as I can and I've just added squats and other leg/butt exercises that I can do at home (very low intensity stuff).
I went back to karate/sparring/boxing after my 6 week PP checkup. I can't go as much as I'd like, so twice a week will suffice for now until the twins are older.
I play competitive hockey as well but I won't join back up with my team until January.
