Post-mc periods- weird?

I'm switching doctors, so figured I'd ask this here before deciding which doctor to call if I need to.  We were told to wait 1 cycle.  Thankfully, my 1st came 27 days post d&c & was pretty normal. Then, 24/5 days later, I started spotting, had a couple days of light period, & now it's over.  More than spotting, but light.  Has anyone else experienced this?  Did your doctors advise you about trying/not trying if this was your experience? I was told things would be different post-mc, so I want to believe that this is normal enough & we can go for it, but (& I'm sure the women on this board understand...) I'm very afraid of... well, just in general.  Feedback would be helpful.  Wink   Thanks!

    My period post D&C was really strange. I spotted for several days after the flow days. I was a worried that it might not be a good idea to TTC that next cycle, but we went ahead and did it anyway. I can't speak for everyone, because no two people are the same. But my experience didn't have a bad outcome. I was, however, freaked out for a while that I might have done a bad thing.

    I don't really have any advice but I am sort of going through the exact same thing now. After my natural m/c I got my first AF 28 days later. Then I got what was a light to moderate AF 21 days after that. I told my RE about it and he didn't seem concerned. I just chalked it up to my cycles still trying to regulate itself. Do you chart or anything to let you know if you've O'd or anything?

    After my 1st m/c af came as usual, just very heavy the first time. This time she was late, and I spotted for days beforehand. Definitely call your doctor if you are not sure, but certainly af can be weird post m/c. I'm sorry for your loss.
