formula question, please help!

So we started DS out on Good Start Gentle Plus.  We were using the liquid ready to feed but recently switched over to the powder.  Ever since he has been so gassy and constantly screaming/crying.  His gas is so bad that I swear at first I thought it was my DF.  It sounds and smells that bad. 

So my question is this.  Would you go back to the liquid of the same formula or just change his formula altogether?  If so what formula would you suggest?

    switching from RTF to powder even though its the same brand and formula will cause some upset. LO was fussy for about a week with bad gas when we switched. I heard it can take up to 2 weeks for things to even out. If you just started the powder stick with it and let LO adjust. If things don't resolve themselves then you can think about switching back

    You could also give your LO some of the Mylicon drops...works great for mine.

    trying mixing it up a few hours beforehand.  This way the air bubbles come out.  This has helped our daughter a ton!!  if we mix a bottle and give it to her right away she gets super gassy.  If we premake the day she is less gassy.
