smells like bad cheese. for reals. kind of like white cheddar cheeze-its - which are gross. 

but man - what a difference in LO! i may have a baby with stinky bad cheddar breath - but she is a happy baby!!! (fingers crossed it stays that way - it has only been a day and a half on this).

    I thought it smelled like rotten canned cat food. Alimentum spit up and poop are so, so nasty as well.

    LOL! she was on the soy which i thought smelled like dog food haha. and yes, the spit up and poop are awful!!!! but she's happy... :)

    if i was science-y and smart and i would figure out a way to make formula that smelled like brownies and chocolate chip cookies :)

    We tried nutramigen and it smelled like chemicals. LO wouldn't even eat it.

    i agree with everything.  it is awful smelling, but my DD will at least gain weight on it and she is no longer bleeding, from rash or in her stool.  for me it is the best thing EVER made for my daughter.
