When is your "gender reveal" day?

Ours is next Monday. I am getting so excited!!! I opted out of NT scan, so I have not seen baby since 8 weeks.
I think baby is a boy, but I kind of am hoping for another little girl. Healthy is most important though. :-)

Is it wrong to have been telling friends and family we'll know sometime in January?
Nov. 30th! Next Tuesday! I. CAN. NOT. WAIT!
We didn't do a NT either... but at 11w they couldn't get the heartbeat on the doppler so we did a quick u/s.... but still... the baby has already been through SO many changes in the past 9 weeks! WOOHOO!

Next Tuesday!!! I did have the NT as I'm 37 and an u/s addict.
If I think about it, I'm getting nervous. Trying not to think about it
This is what we're doing too, unless it's glaringly obvious on the US machine's screen. US is scheduled for 12/15.

DH, my mama and MIL will be in the room.
U/S is on December 8th...
But I don't know if I want to find out or not. I'm having second thoughts. I was out to dinner with some friends on Saturday (all 3 of them were OB's) and they were talking about how they can usually tell in the delivery room which parents found out the gender before hand and which ones didn't. There is more anticipation in the room. They were all trying to convince me not to find out. DH wants to find out, but I've been on the fence about it the whole time.
Maybe I'll just get the u/s tech to write it in an envelope and we can decide later what we want to do.

What kind of gender ornament did you buy? I want to do this.
Mine is Dec 17 and I want to open it on Christmas.
Ours is 12/20 as well. We're super excited to have a nice thorough check up on our little baby, and finding out the gender will also be a great hightlight.
My doc seems pretty liberal with the ultrasounds, and it's been fun to watch "Little K" grow. The u/s are always SUPER quick, but we've seen pictures at 6,8, 12, and 14 weeks. Our u/s will be at 19.5 weeks.
Can't wait!
Our next apt isn't until December 16th so I am thinking that we prob won't know anything til the first of the year.

I tried to schedule my US today but my Dr. hasn't ordered it yet so they left a message for him to order it and then will call me to schedule it as soon as they have the order. He has already told me we can do it at 17 weeks which would be the week of Christmas so hopefully there will still be an opening for an appt that week.
If DH can't come to the appt (which I doubt his boss will let him) then we will seal the gender in an envelope to open on Christmas Eve.
this is my anatomy scan date too. I was going to try and get it moved up but maybe you are right and it is better that it wont compete with the holidays!

20 week u/s is on December 9th, but I'm another one who is waiting for Christmas to find out. If I can stand it
I'm lucky that I have a doc with an ultrasound machine in his office, I'm pretty much guaranteed to see my baby every four weeks. I got to see him/her again today at my appointment, and now only have to wait another two weeks until the big u/s.
You took the words right out of my mouth. Exact same here on all aspects!! He he! I will be shocked if it's not a boy, but hope it's a girl! I guess I'll find out on the 23rd!

We will tell our family and friends on Christmas, though. DH and I are considering having the u/s tech write down what it is on a a card we can open Christmas morning just the two of us.
