T&P for Bubbles 231211

She has been having alot of swelling in her legs that has also been very painful. Her BP has been up but for some reason her OB hasn't seen it as a problem or really aknowledged it. She had her appt this am and BP was 155/102 so she is being sent to L&D now. I'm just hoping everything turns out ok for her and baby. She's to keep me updated so I will keep everyone else updated too.

I've been having the same issues but my BP hasn't got that high. T & P go out to her! Hang in there!

I'm glad to hear that they are taking her symptoms seriously now at least and monitoring her. Hopefully they can get her some more information in L&D. I went through something similar (getting sent over to L&D after a high BP at the doctor's office) and ended up on bed rest for the duration, but baby and I are doing fine now. Sending T&Ps that Bubbles and Rocco will be fine, too!

Thanks for the T&P everyone. I'm sure they are what helped me!

I was at work with a horrible headache when I went to the school nurse my bp was 157 over 105. I was sent to my doc immediatly and it was "down" to 155 over 102. They sent me directy to L & D where they ran blood and urine tests and kept me monitored. Thankfully with in an hour of being there and laying on my left side my BP went back to normal and all my tests came back normal too so I got to be sent home. Doc came in and told me it's a good thing today was my last day of work b/c I'm to be on semi bed rest now until Rocco comes.

Again, thanks so much for all your T&P guys! And I'm happy Rocco is deciding to stay put a bit longer as I'm really hoping for a December baby!

I was just getting ready to give everyone your update. I'm so glad you and baby Rocco are ok! Like I said kick up your feet and relax and stay away from all that salty food tomorrow.

I'm glad to hear that things are okay with you and Rocco! Try to relax and stay off your feet as much as possible. Bed rest has really helped my BPs stay okay for the past 3 and a half weeks, and they were expecting that I'd end up with preeclampsia. I am definitely grateful that I have not ended up with pre-e! Good luck and take it easy.
