Does your LO still put everything in their mouth?

Around what age does this stop?  I feel like Z will never learn how to play with her toys because everything goes into her mouth!

    Yes.  Dirty dog toys are his favorite.

    I don't remember exactly when, but DS has pretty much stopped putting most things (besides food, but sometimes that too) in his mouth.  Some kids do it longer though, I think my 10 year old nephew still does... lol.

    I caught her chewing on my dirty flip-flop the other day....Ick!

    Everything goes in the mouth, that's one of the reasons why we have to keep her out of the dog food.  She got into a bag of potatoes last night and I found dirt all around her mouth, apparently I was too late.

    I don't know when it stops, but I sure hope it's sometime real soon!  DD still puts everything in her mouth.  If I elaborated on some of the things that have been in her mouth, I'd be flamed for sure!

    DS still does sometimes.  In less it's something small or dangerous I take it off him or say no but anything else i just let it go.  @ DC they stress him not putting stuff in his mouth.

    yeah, you might have a long way to go.  my kid is almost 21m and still loves to do this.  esp. toy play food (which, i can totally understand).   I blame the fact he is still teething.  he is getting his canine teeth now, so hopefully once they are out it will calm down.

    Mine still does this occasionally...his favorite "snack" these days is crayons.  The signal to wrap up arts'n'crafts time at our house is when Josh starts putting the crayons in his mouth.

    Oh yeah... but he's cutting molars. I hope he'll stop putting everything in his mouth once he has all his baby teeth.
