T&Ps for Alex, please

He's been vomiting off and on since Saturday night but no fever or other symptoms. Today (OK, yesterday) around 7 p.m. he had a seizure and stopped breathing. DH did CPR while I called 911. DH got him breathing again but he was unresponsive until the paramedics arrived. (Then he woke up screaming when they were strapping him onto the board.)
He's been admitted. We just got a room around 1:30 a.m. In the PICU for now because he had CPR, so they want to monitor him overnight. Hopefully we can move him to a regular room tomorrow. Most of his tests came back normal but they did confirm that he had a seizure and he's dehydrated and has low blood glucose. Meeting with a neuro tomorrow and having an EEG so hopefully we can figure out what caused the seizure. They're about to come give him another IV and hopefully after THAT we can get some sleep. It's been a long and terrifying night. Thankfully he is stable now; hoping for good news tomorrow.
