AW: I'm proud of myself

I have complained about my work a few times, so I won't get into it except to say that I like the work I do but not the way things are managed.  It has gotten to the point that I feel more stressed than is really necessary at work, and I have always prided myself on being cool under pressure so that is definitely not like me.  Today I did something that I have been thinking about for a long time and I have been too chicken to do... I put in for a transfer request.  I am trying to transfer to Labor and delivery!  It is only a part time position but it is unusual for even that to come available so I hope it works out!
