And we have a heartbeat!!

I had my u/s today and we saw one perfect little heart beating at 110 bpm. Yay! RE seemed happy with how things progressed. My official due date is June 14, 2009. The only thing that I worry about right now is my baby is measuring 5w 5/6d based on size. The say they would like the baby to be +- 4 days from 6w2d, so I am within that range, but I would rather it be right on. I do think it makes sense since I started out with a lower beta (maybe later implantation) AND I am trying to remember that RE said he is not concerned. He says at this point I have a less than 10% chance of having a miscarriage. I need to call my ob (whom I love) for an appt in 2 weeks. I should get another u/s at that point. So, that is it. One healthy little bean. PHEW.

    Yay!  That makes me so happy that my cycle buddy has finally made it over here!  Congratulations! 

     PS - I was measuring 3 days behind at my first u/s.  I was 6w5d, and I was measuring 6w2d.  It all worked itself out though.  By my NT scan at 12w, I was measuring 7 days ahead!

    That's exactly how my first U/S measured - about 4 days behind.  By 11 weeks he was all caught up!

     Congrats!!  I'm sooo happy to hear this news!

    Wow, that's so wonderful. I'm sure that's a huge relief. I think you & I are on the same timeline. We go in for our first u/s tomorrow morning - hopefully we'll get good news too that things are moving along. Were you nervous before your u/s? I'm trying not to be and not to over think it ... but it's hard ;)
