I just want to let you ladies know that Medela's customer service ROCKS. My pump started acting funny this morning. It kept shutting of while I was pumping. I called them, & they are overnighting me a new pump. No questions asked. I just have to send mine to them (at no cost to me) once I receive it.
I've had great experience with them also. My pump wasn't working so well and the representative walked me through, step by step, the procedure to get it working better. She even waited while I tried it out to make sure it was working okay.
