prenatal exercise

I live in the kalamazoo area and I am newly pregnant. I have always exercised regularly before I became pregnant and I just wanted to know if anyone knew of any places that offered prenatal exercise classes so that I wouldnt have to do things on my own.

    I'm in GR and I do water aerobics at a local gym.  While most of the class is over 60, it is great exercise and has really helped me to feel better in the third trimester (helps with flexibility and sleeping, in particular).  I highly recommend finding a place with a pool in your area.

    I'm in Kalamazoo, too, and just found out that I'm pregnant!

    This message might be a little late... but in case it's helpful... :)

    I plan on taking prenatal yoga through Portage community ed.  I've been taking lessons there for about a year - the instructor is great & the prices are really reasonable (~$7/class).  Right now she's only offering a class Tues morning, which I can't make, but if I can recruit 3 other pregnant women, she's willing to schedule a new class around our schedules.  Email/message me if you're interested!
