  For business casual I wear a lot of dark tunic tops, and make sure that my pants actually fit and I'm not trying to squeeze into PP too early.

  For dress up, I have a black sweater dress that I wear with boots. It's comfortable and flattering(ish)

  i totally recommend a foundation garment aka girdle. there are sooo many different styles, brands & materials to choose from.
