How did you make your LO's baby dedication/baptism special?

We're getting LO dedicated and its a small ceremony at the the end of the regular church service (with church dinner afterwards). I'm trying to come up with something special--like a dedication certificate, or, I don't know. Something to put in his baby book?

Any ideas?

    I've bought all my nieces personalized blankets from www.fillintheblankie.com. DD is getting baptised next month and I'm probably going to order her one too. But I plan to get her a cross necklace too.

    This isn't probably what you had in mind, but I made DD's christening outfit out of my wedding dress. It isn't something that she can put in her baby book but we have it hanging up in her room. Beyond that she also got her first new testament with her name on the front from my family.
