It's called Baby bargains. It's sorta like consumer reports, but it is not published by CR. There is a baby gear CR, but I have found Baby Bargains much more helpful.
Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in.
6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)
I usually just check amazon and babies r us for reviews!
Same here but take them with a grain of salt because I have noticed that most people giving bad reviews are not using the product correctly because they failed to read the directions.

Ditto This!
I really like Baby Bargains. It was my bible when I was choosing baby gear.
My best tip when choosing a stroller is to wait until after the baby, buy a snap n go style frame (just holds an infant carrier) to use for the first month or so and get a feel for your needs, trust me, they will probably be not what you think they are. If I had bought what I thought I needed before my son was born, I'd be a very unhappy mama!

Some people don't even have an outside baby yet and are reviewing the product based on how it looks....

This is all true...also, at BRU, they let you check the stroller system out at the front desk and take it out to your car. I was in love with the Graco Rittenhouse pattern, but once I took the stroller and seat to the car, I hated the actual product. We ended up with Chicco and I am so happy with it.
Food Allergies to Eggs, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts & Beef
Challenged Soy and tolerated it.
