Mother's Milk Tea - How long until results?

Anyone tried Mother's Milk Tea? Did you see an increase in supply? How much? How long until you noticed results?

I drank 2 glasses at a time/day and within 24 hrs I saw results. not HUGE ones though. I did give DD gas though, so I stopped it.

I noticed a change in 2 days at 3x's a day
Steep it well like the directions say. I had an easier let down and my milk increased a bit but I get lazy remembering to take it! I didn't have any issues w/a gassy baby though but I think the fenugreek in the tea is to blame for that.

I noticed good results, easier let down, and drank 3x a day and you do have to boil the water, then steep the tea - the directions are on the box - for at least 10 min. I would steep longer. It takes like black licorice, I love that so it was fine for me but others hate it just FYI. I would drink 4-5 cups a day in the beginning and I saw results in a few days. I also heard Mothers Love supplements (though they are expensive) are really good. I have not tried them but one of my friends is on them. GL

I wasn't a big fan of Mother's Milk Tea. You have to drink so much of it to see anything. So I called the Lactation Nurse and she told me to take 3 Fenugreek pills. I got mine at Fred Meyers for about $8. It works so good. Since it's in pill form you get much faster than the tea. I noticed a difference in 2 days!
