Does your rings still fit?

I keep hearing about pregnant women whose wedding rings don't fit anymore.  Mine seem okay right now, but when will that happen?

    I took mine off right before going to the hospital with DS.  I only took them off because I didn't want to lose them. They still fit ok.  After I had him I swelled like crazy and it was a few weeks before they fit again.

    Normally your fingers do swell a bit, possibly enough to make your rings too tight, but since it's getting cold outside, your fingers actually shrink in size, so you might not have that issue at all, or at least not until the very end......at least that's what I'm hoping for on my end! Smile

    Mine don't :( I had to get a replacement wedding band to wear until after the babies get here. I'm just so swollen, I didn't want them to have to cut my rings off.

    Mine still fit fine! I think for a lot of women, the swelling gets worse in the 3rd tri.

    Mine still fit.  I have a promise ring that's a larger size, so if my wedding rings stop fitting, I'll just wear the promise ring.

    with my first i didn't have to stop wearing mine until i was around 8 months pregnant, and since i worked at claire's at the time anyway, i just invested in a cheap fake one and coated it with clear nail polish to keep it from turning my finger green :) hope this helps.

    Mine still fit just fine.  I wore them until about 35w with DS and then they got too tight because of swelling toward the end.  I was able to wear them again about 10 days after delivery.

    mine is tighter than normal...but it still fits...for now. Some days i take it off bc it is too tight but only when i am being really active.

    Still fit.  With my 1st I took my engagement ring off the last month, but was still able to wear my wedding band.

    Yes, mine still fit. However, they have been loose since the day I got them, so I'm hoping between that and the cold weather, that I won't have to worry about taking them off.

    Me too. I had a semi emergent c section and took them off in the hospital since I was going to get pumped with IV fluids. Stung them on my necklace after she was born till I got home.

    I'm planning on outgrowing my set and getting a knock-off set online form avon or something!  My hands swell every night, so if I fall asleep with jewelry on the pain actually wakes me up!  They are fine in the day, but I have a feeling that won't last forever!
