  Bright pee is from the vitamins. Sharp pains could definitely be round ligament pain (normal), or your uterus growing.

  I asked the same question a few days ago... Ever since I began pretnatals, my urine is BRIGHT highlighter yellow and it is from the b water soluble vitamins that my body doesn't need.
