Thank you Mrslovebug and others for the well wishes. My ET went really well and I am now home settled on the couch with my furbaby on my lap ready for 24 hours of bedrest. DH is also home from work all this week so he is taking good care of me.
So I actually had not heard from my doc since I heard my fert report last Thursday cause I figured no news was good news, and I didn't want to stress about things. But I am sooo happy to say that they transfered two AA blasts today!! None of mine made it to blast last time, so this is a big step. I think she said one was a 5AA and the other was a 3AA and you can see the 5AA one below as it already started to hatch.
They also froze another AA blast today too! There are 6 more that are doing really well so they will call me tomorrow to let me know if I will have anymore to freeze. But I can't believe I have snowbabies! After last time I just didn't think we would get to that point.
The transfer was fine, but a little uncomfortable because my bladder was a little too full once they put all the other "stuff" in there. And again my uterus was tilted, so they had to try to pull my uterus down to get the catheter in all the way. The doc said it looks like the top half of my uterus is using my one ovary as a pillow. But once everything came out, I felt much better and was able to lay on the table for 30 mins.
DH was so cute while I was laying on the table. We talk about IF, but he keeps alot of it to himself and he was asking me all sorts of questions about what I have learned about the whole process on this board. So I spent 30 mins telling him about all you wonderful ladies.
I go back for blood work on Thursday but I have to wait to have my beta until 11/30. DH and I are going to LA and Las Vegas the week of thanksgiving so we asked if we could wait until we got back for the beta. I might go crazy waiting that long, but at least I will be away having a good time to distract me.
Here is the picture of the two peanuts they transferred today (sorry about quality, my camera phone stinks). Thanks again ladies for all your PPV and support.
~Lauren~
