EPO and Flaxseed 101

The recent posts about EPO and Flaxseed Oil have got me thinking that I'd like to try them next cycle.

Does anyone have some good reliable online sources where I can go to read up on them? I hadn't heard of them used in TTC context before coming to this board, and I don't know how much/how often I would need to take them for TTC purposes.

Also, brand recommendations would be lovely!

I checked TCOYF's index before I posted and didn't find anything. I'll go look at webmd!

I've been researching EPO as well. I'm hypothyroid though, and I've read in several places that it can bind TSH hormone, which could potentially throw my levels off in a big way. I've been trying to find info on green tea and hypothyroidism to see if that might work better since green tea is supposed to help with EWCM production as well... GL to you!!
