  Bright yellow urine is caused by b-vitamins. They are water-soluble so your body uses what it needs and then gets rid of what it doesn't. It's completely normal.

  Yes, totally normal.  If you were dehydrated your pee would be a very dark yellow/brown when you pee in a cup.  Bright yellow or a light color yellow is good.  Means you are hydrated.

  I'm sure it's fine but I've also heard from some of my "vitamin" friends that it can mean there's too many by products in it, meaning it's not a very clean vitamin if that makes sense. Something to think about.
