I was doing a presentation in my class last night and then teaching today and got out of breath both times. It was so weird. I had to sit down and catch my breath. Then today taking two flights of stairs I had to stop midway. I am in pretty good shape so I guess that is why this is so strange to me. Its a sign that I need to slow down.

Re: Anyone else getting out of breath?
Thanks. That's good to have an explanation
Join our wiki and tell us what your baby eats for finger foods.
No problem. But next it will be your tummy...and you'll have to limit what you eat...SUCKS!!!
I have often wished the Bump was like FB in this way...why must I post if all I want to do is 'like' it.
Great explanation, thanks Meagan! It's so weird to get out of breath when talking, and yup, I get out of breath walking from my office to the other building where I work, or upstairs to other offices.

I said it gets squished...I never said it moved.
This, I'm glad you said this, because I was going to. It's the extra work on the heart that causes you to be out of breath.
I get so out of breath even when I do little things, and I can feel my heart rate going up. But, it's because my heart has a lot of extra fluid to pump.
I am glad I am not alone in this. I feel like I am always trying to catch my breath. It is terrible.
