I actually bought a box of the Gerber cereal bars. They have a really good flavor and seem to be slightly more nutritious than an adult cereal bar. However, they are tiny and I've learned that if I buy the actual Nutri Grain bars, I get a bit more bang for my buck.
I'm not really sure why the Gerber bars are so small. It seems like just a tiny snack, even for a young toddler.
I might get flamed for saying this but nutrigrain bars are really unhealthy. I don't think there is anything wrong with them on occassion, but not on a regular basis.

I wouldn't say they're really unhealthy, but there are definitely better choices out there.
Nutrigrain bars & the Gerber bars have a ridiculous list of fake ingredients and are loaded with sugar. Kashi TLC bars are, IMO, a much better choice for a similar product -- more natural ingredients, no saturated fat, and they actually have a bit of protein and fiber, unlike the other two brands. The Kashi bars still have a good bit of sugar, but at least they've got some other healthy components.
ETA: oops, I spoke too soon. Nutrigrains actually do have protein and fiber...but they still have more sugar and more fake ingredients, so my argument still stands. :P

This. They have High Fructose Corn Syrup (regardless of what the commercials say it is bad for you), Enriched Flour, and Propylene Glycol (a petroleum derivative). Personally I would only do an organic and whole grain bar sweetened with agave, raw sugar, or preferable fruit juice concentrate. I am obviously compulsive about food.

What's so unhealthy about them?
